Dr. Shen Lee is passionate about helping people see better and live better lives, and inspiring other health care professionals. She lectures globally on the topics of:

She is an invited speaker at the World Council of Optometry, Optometric Management Symposium, SECO International, BCLA, and American Academy of Optometry. She is the past editor of Optometric Management’s Blue Light Bulletin, and the editor of the Eyecare Business Ocular Aesthetics column.

Dr. Shen Lee’s professional honors include 2013 Vision Monday Business Innovator, 2017 Vision Monday Most Influential Women, and 2018 Eyecare Business Game Changers. She helped to launch products for two eye care industry companies and to educate eye care professionals in China/Hong Kong/Taiwan (2011) and Singapore (2015).
